KiKom ermöglicht eine einfache, schnelle & sichere Kommunikation zwischen Kitas & Eltern. Termine und Informationen landen direkt per Pushnachricht auf dem Smartphone.

KiKom ist KEIN Messanger! Die Kommunikation über KiKom erfolgt strukturiert – Termine und Veranstaltungen werden in einer Kalenderansicht dargestellt. Informationen, Speisepläne und Direktnachrichten landen in einer Liste unter den jeweiligen Icons.

Rückmeldungen von den Eltern können über Teilnahmelisten oder interaktive Listen (z.B. Mitbringliste, Essenabfrage Speiseplanung etc.) eingeholt werden. Ebenso können die Eltern selbst aktiv Krankmeldungen, Abwesenheitsmeldungen oder auch geänderte Abholzeiten schnell und einfach über die App mitteilen.

Dabei steht für uns Sicherheit an oberster Stelle. Alle Daten werden DSGVO konform erfasst, verarbeitet und in Köln und Straßburg gehostet. Nur mit einem individuellen Aktivierungscode, den die Leitung vergibt, können Eltern und Erzieher auf die Ihnen zugeordneten Gruppen und Informationen zugreifen.
